All original artwork is one-of-a-kind and handmade.

Due to the unique nature of original artwork, all sales are final unless the artwork arrives damaged.

3. Fine Art Prints

 


Fine art prints are produced and fulfilled by a professional third-party print partner. By purchasing prints, you acknowledge that fulfillment, shipping, and production standards are handled by the print provider.


Art Turquoise is not responsible for delays caused by third-party fulfillment services.

 

 

 

4. Murals & Accent Wall Services

 


Murals, accent walls, and custom services are offered on a project-by-project basis and require consultation and approval before work begins.

 

  • Pricing is provided by custom quote

  • Deposits are non-refundable

  • Final balances are due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing

 

 

 

 

5. Intellectual Property

 


All artwork, images, text, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Margarita / Art Turquoise.

 

  • Artwork may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission

  • Purchase of artwork does not transfer copyright

We strive to display artwork and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that colors displayed on your screen will be perfectly accurate due to variations in monitors and devices.
