Refund policy

Original Artwork Sales Are Final

Due to the unique and one-of-a-kind nature of original artwork, all sales of original paintings are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for original artwork unless the item arrives damaged.


Damaged Artwork

If your artwork arrives damaged:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of:

    • The damaged artwork

    • The packaging and shipping box

     

Once damage is confirmed:

  • A refund or replacement (if available) will be arranged

  • Shipping insurance claims will be handled on our end

Please note:

  • Colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings and lighting

  • These variations are not considered defects

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Return shipping (if applicable) is the responsibility of the buyer

  • Custom or commissioned artwork is non-refundable and non-returnable
